Great produce, easy to order, everything turned up with friendly driver. Great selection.

Only slight negatives are the prices on some items very high (I appreciate there’s reasons) and it would be good to have some kind of time estimate and confirmation of delivery in case one is out.

Raw Sauerkraut, Organic. This is a great product, the service was great and it was packaged well.

The order always arrives on time, delivered with a smile. There are no problems.

My delivery is delivered early and quietly and left in a cupboard as asked. Occasionally an item is ‘left out’ or damaged but this is not the norm and on the whole I am a satisfied customer of many years!

Driver is an absolute ass.

Love the ethos of Abel & Cole. Organic, so no nasty chemicals. Food quality was very good but as with all organics, has to be eaten fairly soon as it is not "chemically" made to last. Packaging all reusable and is collected with next delivery. Good choice of products. Would like to be able to choose the quantity of fruit i.e. bananas, satsumas, pears etc.
Another huge plus is that you can use their plastic recycling bags to recycle any plastic wrapping from any supplier and A&C will collect a filled bag when they next deliver! Great incentive!

Normally the service is very good and very reliable. But your question is about the recent experience. The latest order was due to have been delivered on Friday 15th July and did not arrive without any note, email or explanation. Items in the order were needed for the last weekend and early this week.

Lovely product lovely glass jars and packed in a very eco friendly way...this was my 1st order and wasn't disappointed would use them again definitely.

Our delivery was left in correct place and at roughly the time promised.

I enjoyed my box of organic fruits and vegetables, of which I still have some fruits and veggies left past the one week frame; I ordered a large box. The taste is much more complex and delectable; the eggs are the best I've had in England, not watery and so much tastier. I appreciate that the vegetables are from the local farmers, as much as possible, and I like that there is a very little usage, if at all, of plastic. Also, the delivery is spot on, easy and convenient. People assume buying organic is more expensive, which at a first look, it's true, but overall you spend less as the ingredients have more nutrients, you feel fuller faster and for longer and you don't need to buy food constantly to feel temporarily satiated and then feel hungry, unsatisfied almost immediately and that's because processed foods have very little nutrients and while you are eating more, your body starves for what it actually needs to function to a good standard. In addition, eating less and cleaner (less pesticides or none) is better for your health, waistline and energy levels. Also, buying from companies such as Abel & Cole helps maintain a healthy competition against the big supermarkets and help the farmers to have a fair appreciation of their hard work. I'm very happy with Abel & Cole. Thank you for being here.

Very precise delivery time, perfect, good packaging

I’m very happy with Abel and Cole and it feels so good knowing that by buying produce from them I am helping the environment, my health and it gives me so much pleasure knowing I’m supporting organic food growers and producers.
The items I have bought are very good quality …
In addition, I had need to phone Abel and Cole customer services and am very, very pleased to commend the lady I spoke to. Nothing was too much bother for her. She was helpful and patient and only too willing to sort out my problem. I have a lovely young man as delivery driver.
